Research

I study the development and validation of psychological scales and assessments, digital training, and meaning that people find in their work.

Research projects include:

    • Development and validation of a scale to measure employee perceptions of meaning at work.
    • Validation of a situational judgement test to measure understanding of organizational justice and fairness.
    • Development and validation of prior videogame experience scale for predicting digital organizational training outcomes.
